Learn to Social Dance

Every Wednesday night at 7:30 PM
$3.00 Center at the Park admission fee

Why?

Social dancing is a fun, uplifting, experience that is great exercise for your mind and body. Anyone can learn to dance at almost any age. Dancing relieves stress, improves balance, builds confidence, is easy to stick with, and is a great way to meet new friends. So, come join us on Wednesday nights and see for yourself how much fun learning to dance can be!
P.S. We can always use more men!

The dances we teach are partner dances, buy you dont need to come with a partner. A practice time will follow each lesson, so you can practice what you've learned and let it sink in a bit. All of our lessons will start with very beginner-level basics, followed by slowly adding in fundamental turns and patters for the dance being taught.

SCHEDULE:

Everyone can learn to dance at almost any age. It takes a little longer for some of us to learn that others, but we have lots of fun and we WILL get you dancing.

Try to bring shoes that slide on a smooth floor. Leather soled shoes are often a good choice, especially for ladies since they do the most turning.

Come discover the joy of dancing!

Brought to you by the High Desert Swing Dance Club.
